Every G Universal item is printed on demand after you order it, so we don't accept returns or exchanges, including for size. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.

Wrong, damaged, or misprinted items

If your order arrives with the wrong item, the wrong size, or a printing defect, email g@guniversal.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the item, your choice.

Damage in transit

Once a package leaves our printer it is in the carrier's hands. If it arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier, and email us too so we can help.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us and we'll work with the carrier on it.

Cancellations

Orders go to print right away, so we can't cancel or change an order once it's placed.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
