I, the undersigned, in my capacity as an employee of Cam's Pizzeria, do hereby grant permission to Giuliana Calascibetta AKA Pizza Princess G, operating under G Universal LLC, to use my image and likeness in photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the course of my employment. This media may be used for promotional, educational, or informational purposes related to Cam's Pizzeria or the Twitch stream run by Pizza Princess G.

Consent: I consent to the capture and use of my image and likeness in any media.

Non-Monetary Compensation: I acknowledge that my participation does not entitle me to any form of monetary compensation now or in the future.

No Endorsement: My appearance in any media does not signify endorsement of any product, service, or entity, unless expressly stated.

Ownership: I understand that all media containing my image will be the property of G Universal LLC and Cam's Pizzeria.

Waiver: I waive the right to inspect or approve any media where my likeness appears.

Indemnification: I agree to release and hold harmless Cam's Pizzeria and G Universal LLC from any claims or liabilities arising from the media.

Confidentiality: I will not disclose any information pertaining to the operational aspects of Cam's Pizzeria and Pizza Princess G's Twitch stream.

Scope: This release is applicable universally, without limitation on time, geographical location, or medium.
